The basic objective of the course is to acquire the basic method for the interview
psychopathology, basic vocabulary for the description of the symptoms of mental illness
and the attribution of these symptoms nosographical corresponding to the pictures.
The course is being proposed as more objective, provide the knowledge and methods for
reconstruction and understanding of the phenomenological world in which each patient
lives and works as a starting point for psychological treatment and medication.
Topics will be distributed to areas nosographic, including personality disorders,
schizophrenia spectrum psychosis and manic-depressive, and emerging diseases, such as the so-called
eating disorders, drug addiction and the
gender identity disorders.
The course is aimed at physicians specializing in psychiatry, psychiatrists, psychologists, graduate students, undergraduates and
nurses, social workers and educators working in the field of mental health
. It is aimed also to all those who deal with mental health
and psychopathology, among them philosophers, sociologists and scholars of neuroscience.
The Complete Course (7 games) has a cost of € 1,200.00 (U.S.) for professionals,
and € 840.00 (U.S.) for graduate, graduate and undergraduate students.

INTRODUCTION: HISTORY, METHODS AND OBJECTIVES OF PSYCHOPATHOLOGY.
Giovanni Stanghellini Psychopathology consists of a corpus of knowledge on organic forms and the ways in which mental illness manifests itself, in a detailed description of abnormal mental phenomena (eg. Delirium, hallucinations, phobias, obsessions) and analyzed rigorously educated as lived from the eighth patient. It consists also in a necessary methodological resource on the how and to what extent it is possible to access the experiences of others, understand its meaning, and rebuild the structures of the worlds within which these experiences are situated; neutralizing all forms of seduction rhetoric made by the patient leverage the epistemological asymmetry between clinician and patient, and brings out all preconceptions and critical theoretical assumption. This article describes the psychopathological levels of analysis: descriptive psychopathology, clinical and structural.

configurations anthropological schizoide, schizotipica e paranoide rappresentano al tempo stesso un disturbo di personalità e un assetto vulnerabile allo sviluppo di psicosi, in particolare dello spettro schizofrenico. Verrà affrontato il concetto di “vulnerabilità schizotipica”, intesa come una vera configurazione antropologica, con una tipica struttura cognitiva, emotiva e del campo dei valori, nonché caratteristici comportamenti e attitudini sociali, propria delle persone caratterizzate da “stramberia”, “eccentricità” e “fissazione”. Queste tre forme cliniche rappresentano (nell’ottica dell’antropologia fenomenologica) tentativi da parte del soggetto di mantenersi ancora ancorato al mondo (sia pure in modo precario ed inautentico) prima di soccombere alla radicale alienazione schizofrenica. Queste forme cliniche possono mostrare altresì peculiari modificazioni del campo dei vissuti caratterizzate da anomalie percettive, cenestopatie, disturbi degli automatismi, dell’attenzione e del linguaggio che complessivamente configurano la cosiddetta “vulnerabilità schizotropica”, cioè una perturbazione del campo della coscienza che può preludere all’ingresso nella schizofrenia. Questo tema verrà affrontato nell’ottica della prevenzione della patologia e dello sviluppo nel paziente della consapevolezza della sua vulnerabilità.

In particular: the emotions and in particular the borderline clinical and pathogenetic role of dysphoria; developments in delusional sense, transient, reactive and reversible. It will also develop the theme of trauma, and in particular the traumatic fear of the existence of borderline patients dramatic experience the world as a violent raid inside themselves. More than being unable to forget a single traumatic injury or a report predominant (the real thing but does not exhaust the framework general) they feel like any traumatic experience or react aggressively or complain or hysterically. Therapy should cushion the impact of reality on them.

Over the last thirty or forty years, the spread of mass, chemical synthesis, the collapse of some of the traditional ideological containers led to a clinical configuration, and more recently, the psychopathological problem of great social impact, health and economic. Yes give account of the structural organization of the world drug addict, the main psychopathological reference, defined as the fundamental alteration of consciousness, space, time, the feeling of reality, dell'intersogettività. Individual case histories will be discussed and draw lines of perspective on outpatient treatment, day and community. The term "eating disorders" the current psychiatric nosography identifies a set of conditions seemingly disparate, but all characterized by some basic elements of psychopathology: Dissatisfaction with more or less marked for your body, low self-esteem a deficient self-definition, which are likely to determine the onset and subsequent chronic type of abnormal behavior, mainly in food. The latter symptom may occur with a variety that extends from the severe food restriction until the dramatic loss of control over food intake with large amounts of voracious di cibo. Tali patologie si caratterizzano inoltre per l’elevato livello di sofferenza delle pazienti e per l’associazione pressoché costante con altre dimensioni psicopatologiche. Caratterizzato da una profonda discordanza tra le caratteristiche anatomiche del sesso ed il vissuto soggettivo di appartenenza ad un dato genere sessuale, il Disturbo dell’Identità di Genere ha ricevuto negli ultimi anni una sempre maggiore attenzione da parte della comunità scientifica. Corpo e genere, Körper (corpo-oggetto) e Leib (corpo-vissuto), naturalità del corpo e sua fondazione discorsiva, fondo biologico e costruzione sociale del genere sessuale costituiscono tutte opposizioni nuovamente messe in tensione dialettica all’interno di questo campo della clinica. Si cercherà di definire, oltre che gli specifici ordinatori nosografici della condizione, gli specifici dispositivi antropologici, gli a-priori esistenziali. Nel far ciò, verranno riprese alcune concettualizzazioni del pensiero sartriano (in particolare, la tripartizione in corpo-per-sé, corpo-per-altri e corpo-alienato) e la descrizione binswangeriana del manierismo. Quest’ultimo, in particolare, sembra trovare compimento, in questi casi, nel privilegio accordato all’esteriorità ed al periferico, e ancor al tema del soggetto posto al di dietro e la maschera, fino alla possibile risoluzione del primo nella seconda. Ciò che qui si osserva è una caduta nella sfera dell’Anonimo, articolato intorno al significante La Donna. Corpi da ridisegnare e da risignificare secondo un movimento di assoggettamento ad un ideale disincarnato di femminilità posto al di là di qualsiasi presa da parte del soggetto. Saranno analizzati i rapporti tra questa forma di esistenza mancata e le psicosi.

Despite all attempts to define it in terms of medical-biological, the concept of "mood" still refers to a definition only psychopathology, partly descriptive and partly metaphorical. Its location in the interface relationships, between the psychic and the somatic, and the absence of its object-intentionality (which instead have emotions and feelings) make this concept obscure and unsatisfactory. Given the centrality of its current psychopathology in the context of "mood disorders" must be a more accurate definition of concept of mood, with a view to enable its phenomenological welding with clinical reality, where the mood is shown in a very broad spectrum of differentiation. In this sense it is necessary to recall the lesson of phenomenological psychopathology, in order to differentiate the 'mood' in its different depth, to define the accessibility to the experience and capacity of modulating environmental events, the relationship with the temperament or the provisions innate and emotional with all the events that mark, in time, the life of an individual. Along this road, we will describe the traditional symptoms of mood disorders with particular attention to the various shades and nuances of mood. And 'This is the path needed to understand how the treatment of mood disorders may be limited or less than drug or psychotherapy, or how the two can and should or should not be combined in different cases.

Bleuler with many changes and clinical interpretation of schizophrenia in the Group, continues to be the largest commitment of clinical mental disorder. Inside classically has been named an area characterized by the dissociation ideativa (per E. Bleuler il deus ex machina del disturbo), dalla comparsa dei sintomi cosiddetti positivi (come i deliri e certi tipi di allucinazioni, e le esperienze di influenzamento, cioè i sintomi di 1° rango di Schneider), i sintomi cosiddetti sintomi negativi (la perdita di talune competenze o capacità ma anche forse l'affiorare del disturbo di base "generatore", secondo Minkowski). La schizofrenia verrà presentata come sindrome affiorante in un percorso psicopatologico gravemente distruttivo della intersoggettività, indicandone il potenziale evolutivo verso la attuazione di una vita autistica, in quanto pervasiva perdita dell’ovvietà del mondo intersoggettivo. Con ciò non solo si problematizza una possibile individuazione nosografica della sindrome schizofrenica, ma anche si accede ad una dimensione terapeutica molto più complessa ma forse più vicina alla realtà clinico-psicopatologica.
