Luc Bürgin - Archeologia Eretica (2003) 
About five if not six years ago, in a notebook marked this title with the intention of buying it later. I can not say what source era had inspired my curiosity about this text headed by a title which, at least mnemonic recall those used by the lucky-as-ridiculous Dan Brown, the fact is that, recently, I had found the 65% discount on this book on IBS, whereupon I ordered it. " And lo, already the introduction, Bürgin uses language almost messianic:

Segue poi uno sproloquio che no fa che ripetere i dati già riportati nella prima parte del capitolo fino ad affondare e scemare nel ritrovamento di piramidi cosparse sull'intero territorio cinese, e di ciò che lascia intendere dell'origine dell'idea che la prima struttura fosse una rampa di lancio non c'è esplicazione. Ma non è questa l'unica formula evasiva adottata dallo scrittore, che spesso scade in accuse e supposizioni degne del
gossip di peggior stampo. Bensì la strategia preferita, e più volte ripetuta, è quella della stesura di argomenti riguardanti reperti che “presto” saranno analizzati e daranno risposta alle nostre domande. Un anticipare i tempi, quindi, affinché la conclusione debba mancare inevitabilmente, a prescindere dalla volontà o dallo studio di chi “al momento” ne scrive.
Bürgin, nel suo metodo, non conosce analisi e, pur proponendo argomenti affascinanti per loro stessa natura, riesce a privar loro di qualunque importanza. Più volte, infatti, accenna ad un presunto creazionismo, distante dalla concezione filo-cattolica pur ribadendo che l'uomo sia nato uomo, non scimmia; ma affiancando tale affermazione a nessun assunto, come ad esempio può essere quello sostenuto dagli antichi assiri, è inevitabile che il vigente darwinismo lo tacci di stupidità, anziché di follia. L'uomo che si è introdotto con toni messianici, come di consueto in tutti i dogmi, prontamente è caduto incespicando nei propri piedi.
In definitiva
Archeologia Eretica , ad eccezione del quinto capitolo trattato con integrità, è un testo pervaso da futile fantasia che danneggia, anziché supportare, le tesi in quantità e qualità sempre maggiori che sembrano sostenere l'idea secondo cui la genesi e la storia dell'uomo sia differente dalla official truth.
